Project Description

DAS Overseas Limited holds an active Mineral Processing Licence (29892-HQ-MPL) in Serenje District, Central Province. The licence, covering 6.67 hectares, was granted on 28 December 2021 following an application submitted on 3 August 2021 and is valid until 27 December 2046. It authorises the processing of cobalt, copper, gold, lead, manganese, tantalum, tin, and zinc. The company has applied to transfer the licence to Pioneer Ferro Alloys Zambia and is awaiting a decision from the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development. DAS Overseas Limited has engaged Tardis Mining Solutions to facilitate the transfer process.
