Project Description
Tengtai Resources and Investments Zambia Limited holds Large-Scale Exploration Licence No. 40812-HQ-LEL. The active licence, applied for on 14 June 2025 and granted on 1 August 2025, is valid until 31 July 2029. It covers approximately 14,487.64 hectares in Kapiri Mposhi District, Central Province, and targets cobalt, copper, gold, iron ore, lead and nickel. Tengtai is currently arranging Chief’s Consent from Chief Chitina, a mandatory prerequisite before commencing any exploration activities. Chief Chitina has proposed a fee of ZMW 50,000 for the issuance of the consent letter. The company has paid the required ZEMA fee and is currently awaiting site inspection by the Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) prior to the issuance of a decision letter and the EPB was prepared and submitted to the ZEMA office on 26 January 2026.

Tardis Mining Solutions conducted a site visit to the licensed area to confirm that no activities were taking place, in accordance with the guidance provided by Chief Chitina.
